Our vision and convictions are exemplified in this continuous improvement loop
Over the years, we have witnessed an undeniable acceleration in the digital transformation of companies. This evolution brings undeniable advantages in numerous areas. Particularly, the intelligent use of generated data constitutes a competitive advantage. Moreover, companies increasingly have dashboards that enable them to react swiftly in managing their activities.
Regarding product innovation, many companies are investing in “Digital Twin” or “Virtual Twin” projects, with increasingly powerful simulation capabilities.
However, our observation is that when it comes to making strategic and impactful decisions for the company, typically made by executive committees, there is a digital solution missing, which we refer to as the “Digital Enterprise Model”.
This model must encompass all dimensions of the company, from its strategy to all human, financial, material, software, and natural resources, including its operational model.
Thanks to our experience and methodology, constructing this Model is simpler and quicker than it may seem. Indeed, the required information already exists, whether it’s within many documents or in the minds of key stakeholders in the company.
The initial Model doesn’t need to be exhaustive. Our experience demonstrates that the comprehensive and shared overview it provides immediately delivers value. It facilitates a more visual and agile approach to decision-making. Notably, it offers analysis and simulation capabilities made possible through the connections established within the Model. If the Model is incomplete for a specific analysis, it saves precious time and delay by providing a structured and accurate information foundation. Further study allows for its completion, launching the company into a cycle of continuous improvement for these most strategic decisions.
In summary, when it comes to making strategic and impactful decisions, the “Digital Enterprise Model” brings value to the company by providing:
- Rapidly, a common and systemic view of the relevant scope.
- The ability to conduct powerful analyses and simulations.
As a result, the company gains agility and mastering in making critical decisions.
